1. How do I get an additional discount

Old customers
If you have already booked over Vodice-travel.com send us your reservation number or the number of "Vodice Travel Member Card" and get a discount up to 15% <br /> <br />

If you have previously stayed in one of our apartments and you do not have a number of reservations, please contact us and we will check whether you are entitled to additional discounts.

Special offer 7 = 6!
For all bookings made before 02.06.2012. and for a period of at least 7 days within the date 02.05.2012. - 06.07.2012. valid offer 7 = 6! Book 7 days, pay 6 days! <br />

Booking with recommendation
There are two ways to receive a discount via recommendation: via Agent or promotional flyer.
Agent - if you had contacted one of our agents, and through it you make a reservation, you must type the password that your agent is awarded. This can make up to 15% discount on reservation!
Leaflet - if you are our friend on Facebook pages, or you have found out about the leaflet via other ads, use this leaflet and get a discount up to 10%!

First minute
You already have fixed dates for holidays, and it is just January. Take advantage of this benefit!
Contact us and get a first minute discounts of up to 20%!

Last minute
Today you have decided to go in Vodice! Find your ideal accommodation. Take advantage of this benefit! On the left side of the web pages you can select apartments that are in last minute action. If the apartment is not listed, contact us, it is perhaps free for you. Get Last Minute discount up to 30%!
 


2. How to search for accommodation

On the left side of the web page is a form where you can search for accommodation. Enter the desired date of stay (from - to), and enter the number of people or type of apartments you prefer. Click the search button.
 


3. How to send your inquiry

When you find your private accommodation, you must send an inquiry to check availability. Click "Book" button!
1st step – Booking Parameters
Enter the desired date of stay and number of people. Click "Next" button.

2nd Step - Calculation
You will see the total price calculation. If you book with recommendation, through an agent or through a promotional flyer, here you enter the data (promotional code).

3rd Step - Identification
If you are not registered: Please select "new user" and enter the required contact information.
If you are a registered user: Please enter your email address and password.

4th Step - Confirmation
We will check availability for this inquiry.

Our operators will respond within 24 hours!


4. How to make a reservation?

After you send your inquiry, and after we send you our offer for booking, you are required in period of 3 days (including weekends and holidays) to pay the amount required for the advance booking. The amount is determined in our offer. Upon receipt of the advance payment we will send you a booking confirmation (voucher) which you must present upon arrival.
 


5. Do you need to pay in advance?

An advanced payment (deposit) must be paid within 3 days (including weekends and holidays) from the date indicated in the offer.
 


6. How much is the deposit?

Advance payment amount is not fixed. Amounts is between 20-50% of the total booking value. Depending on the date when you make booking, for which period you want to book and how long you plan to stay.
 


7. When will a customer receive booking confirmation (voucher)?

Upon receipt of the advance payment we will send you confirmation of payment and detailed information about your booking.
Upon payment of 100% of the amount you will receive a receipt specifying all payments made and a Voucher, which you must present upon arrival.
 


8. Payment methods

Payments from Croatian
Guests from Croatia can make their payments by money transfer to the account of the agency.

Payments from abroad
Visitors from abroad can forward your payment to foreign bank account of the agency.

Credit Card
Credit cards are not possible at the moment.

Paypal
Paypal payment is not possible at the moment.
